CLASS DESCRIPTION:

Body Blast: Strength and power are the purposes of this class, working with weights and bars to work the major muscles of the body and have fun doing it!
Cardio Box: A group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. SO much FUN! PWAH!
Intervals: FULL body toning class with some high-end cardio thrown in! Are you ready for a challenge?
Spin: A fun endurance-based workout on the bike with a mix of flat rides and hills as well as great music and energy!
SpinPlus: Cycling class that incorporates dumbbells and weights during motivational and powerful soundtracks!
StepPlus: Upbeat, energizing cardio class along with strength and Ab exercises!
Yoga: A workout for the mind, body and soul through stretching and balancing poses that allow time for meditation and focus on one’s self and body

A fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity.
Cardio Blast
Looking for an awesome cardio workout? This class is for you! Cardio Blast fuses the best that floor exercise has to offer including traditional hi/lo impact aerobics, and sport agility drills. Prepare for a fun and challenging class, guaranteed to get your heart pumping.
20/20/20
The perfect blend of cardio, strength training, and stretching. Using interval training of 20-minute increments, the class will fly by and leave you wanting more.
Yoga
This “union” of mind, body and spirit is achieved through deep stretches, strategic poses and basic postures. For those looking to increase flexibility, develop a more lean appearance, and achieve personal enlightenment.
Yogalates: A mixture of yoga and pilates integrated to give an awesome core workout along with lengthening those tight muscles.
Spin
An intense workout with high-calorie burn on a stationary bike. Using various positions, speeds, and resistance levels, this bike oriented class is sure to whip you into shape and burn the calories you crave.
Circut Fit
A cross-fit style, boot camp style class that will keep you moving and motivated!! If you’re looking to “kick” it up a notch, then join in the high-impact fun.
Kickboxing: Fully interactive class packed full of movements to increase your energy, amp up your power and teach you self-defense. If tone and tough is your goal, Kickboxing is your game.
